Fancy House replaced damaged clapboard sections with James Hardie fiber cement lap siding, rebuilt porch trim, and refreshed corner boards and frieze details at the turret.
Project Result
The home regained its painted-lady character with a sage green Hardie exterior that is easier to maintain and better suited to Bridgeport's mixed coastal-inland weather.
